先放题目：Describe an interesting person you would like to meet

You should say:

Who this person is

What this person does

Why you think this person is interesting

And what you want to do with this person

这个话题其实好说也不太好说。大家要注意interesting，攒一些关于一个有趣的人的描述吧。第二点需要注意的是，这个人你还没有见过面!所以，一定是熟悉的陌生人。

关于有趣的人：一般从人的外貌、穿衣打扮的风格，性格和身边的示例去描述。

比如相貌有趣：如果是一个小丑或者演员，那么可能是表情丰富甚至夸张，装扮滑稽，不同于寻常人，常常逗笑别人。这是第一级的有趣。

如果是性格比较风趣幽默，比如爱开玩笑的，或者喜欢表演的，这是第二级别的有趣，考生可以自己举例。这里需要注意的一点是，考生们举例避开一些中外文化的差异，有些中文的笑话或者场景在外国人看来并不搞笑。

一个很冷门的，出现在传记《滑稽列传》中的淳于尊，考生很难描述，把握不好的话很容易翻车，而且考官也不一定听得懂。所以尽量避免说一些众人不太熟知的人物。

当然有趣也不只是搞笑，也可以说是一个人的精神境界很丰富，比如某些哲学家，或者主持人，演员，考生们不一定要从“幽默”这个词着手。

这里提醒一下各位考生，如果不是很有把握，这个有趣的人尽量举一些外国人的例子，比如大家看的比较多的英剧《废柴舅舅》主人公，《神探夏洛克》中的夏洛克，或者脱口秀主持人，著名演员等。

思路引导：

手工作品太多了，小到一个纸质千纸鹤(paper crane)，五角星，达到翻糖蛋糕(fondant cake)，航天模型，乐高玩具。主题是有了，但是先等等，我们注意看这个话题的几个点，题目问的是：这个东西是什么，长什么样子，你给了谁和送出去之后你怎么想的。

一起开个脑洞，比如情人节送画，这是主动且热情的，再比如让给熊孩子(naughty child)的自己的航天模型(space model)，那是不情愿的。小站雅思君觉得，考生们不要执拗于这个东西的制作过程，说实话，太难描述了，乐高玩具(LEGO toys)搭的飞机，难不成你还要描述整个构造?

如果是节日送礼的情况，一般就是讲述一个时间节点(此处注意是过去式)，讲讲花了多长时间做了这个礼物，过程比较艰辛，失败过，或者各种状况发生等等。当然也可以说自己动手能力很强，分分钟就搞定。然后你打算送给谁，那个人有多重要。然后，可以描述一下收到礼物的那位的表情反应和你自己的反应等等。2分钟感觉根本说不完。

我平时就很喜欢制作手工艺品(handicrafts, DIY)，家里的窗帘上都是我自己绣的花纹，我的房间就是自己打理的，里面摆满了我这些年制作的各种手工艺品，这些工艺品的材料都很廉价(at a low price)，主要是一些废弃的布料(Waste cloth)和旧衣服，但是经过我改造(make over)，都变成了玩偶(doll)和垫子( cushion)。我的房间感觉就像一个博物馆一样。直到有一天，一个人的出现……

亲戚家有个熊孩子来做客，未经我的允许闯进我的卧室，他看中了我毛绒靠垫，非要夺走。我一开始是拒绝的，于是这个孩子就开始哭闹，然后他妈妈说他还是个孩子，就给他吧。这个靠垫是用我的旧毛衣缝制的，上面有复古的(retro)的立体花纹(Stereoscopic pattern)，我花了一个月制作完成的，真的很舍不得(reluctant)，但是这个小孩一直哭闹(cry and scream)，并且把恶心的鼻涕(mucus)滴(drop on)在了垫子上，好吧我瞬间就不想要了，就很不情愿地把东西送给他了。

我觉得依靠这种方式夺来，他并不会珍惜(cherish )，很快这个垫子就消失了。但好在我又重新做了一个垫子，并且改进了我的技艺。
