托福口语备考要充分利用零散时间

托福口语的练习，平常我们可能没有过多集中的时间，这就要求我们要充分将零散的时间利用起来。合理有效地安排时间，并最大效率提高成绩。托福口语的练习要多看多说，只有见了面才能认识的句式和表达法(视觉词汇)，激活(activate)和内化(internalize)input。

以10分钟为单位进行录音回放

每次练习的时候，最好用录音把自己练习的这十分钟录下来，并放给自己听，发现自己潜在的问题，例如语音语调、用词念法等等，发现不会表达的词，不用心急着去查，先用自己能想到的单词或语言去描述，在事后再进行查询学习，这是非常凑效的提高自己语言的准确度(即发音+词汇+语法的准确度，accuracy)的方法，因为自己给自己纠错，留意(notice)到了自己的问题，更避免下一次再犯。

口语练习话题从生活中寻找

至于练习的话题，可以从生活中提炼。托福口语的材料有一部分是来源于生活的，考生可以通过对生活的观察，来学习回答各种在考试中会出现的托福口语材料。

10分钟提升口语训练内容多样

十分钟练习提高托福口语的方法也可以是复述一篇TED演讲。托福口语学习花20分钟看一个演讲，可以看中文字幕，再花20分钟看一遍。听的时候顺便做下笔记，然后就着笔记自己思考十分钟，自行总结提炼演讲主旨。还有必不可少的独立题机经，学会渐渐熟悉题目类型、话题内容等，顺水推舟去回答，不要通过刻意背标准答案来强迫自己记住。大家还可以复述新闻，复述电影，复述生活里听到的话，朋友的聊天等等，每天只要10分钟选择其中一种方式进行，日积月累对托福口语能力便会有显著的提高。
