2. 在稿纸上，写6-8个关键词，在手机或电脑上，打开录音软件准备录音

3. 看着关键词，掐时45s录音第1遍

4. 听第1遍录音，并记录自己的错误，并重复再说一次内容，然后不掐时，录第2遍

5. 听第2遍录音，记录错误，圈出和第一遍同样的错误并highlight出来，重复出现的错误都属于顽疾，必须克服。
