It’s not like enthusiastic laughter, but just warm, makes your heart warm.

Mother’s smile is like a spring wind, so gentle when you are sad, it can make you happy again; when you fail, it can make you stand up and work hard again; when you give up, it can make you try your best again…

Smile, so easy, but also so useful.

So, let’s learn to smile. everyone needs others’ smile. when we give others a smile, we will feel happy, too. and maybe next time, when you need a smile, the person who received your smile will give it to you.

Let’s learn to smile often, i believe it can even make the whole warm. living with a smile, every day will be sunshine.

As time goes by, people are being busier and busier with working, such as signing their contracts, meeting their customers, drawing up the balance sheets of their companies and so on. In this circumstance, people forget our most excellent skill--smile.

There are a great many kinds of power of smile. First of all, common touch can be showed by a kind smile. Imagine that you go to a company to attend an audition. With a confident smile, you are more likely to answer the question better. Furthermore, smile can eliminate angry. As a philosopher said, smile before you begin to get angry. The last but not the least, it reflects calm of a person when he is in danger or in trouble.

The beneficial aspects cannot be stated completely in this passage. But you can understand its power when you smile.

The Power Of A Smile

So many people underestimate the power and importance of a smile, that simple little facial expression characterized by an upward curving of the corners of the mouth.

A smile has many meanings: pleasure, friendliness, welcome, amusement, and many more; and it is part of a universal body language that doesn’t need any extra interpretation.

Plus a smile, with all its simplcity and beauty, can be a very important factor in many aspects of our lives:

- You fall in love with a new country you visit because its people greet you with a welcoming smile everywhere you go; other countries you just don’t like even though they might have more history, nature, entertainment and whatnot because their people don’t seem so friendly or accepting.

- You feel like buying from a certain store when the vendor welcomes you in with a smile, sometimes even if you wouldn’t intially have bought anything; and in other stores, even though they have exactly what you need or better, you decide to walk away because the vendor doesn’t look welcoming at all.

- You want to give a waiter a good tip when he serves you with a smile, even if the food turns out not that good; on the other hand, sometimes you’ll have some of the best food ever, but you won’t feel like giving the waiter a tip, even if you do, because he was grumpy.

More and more examples from our everyday life show how much a simple smile can change everything.

Forever engraved in my mind will be the smiling faces of the people of Thailand, the friendly pizza delivery boy, the welcoming supermarket vendor, the nice cashier at the bank, …etc.

It is these smiles that keep me wanting to go back, and that keep us all wanting to go back; looking at it from another view, if we break it down using business sense, a smile is one of the most effective means to generate sales and develop customer loyalty.

On top of all that, a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do, so it amazes why no one bothers to do it, it not only makes the person in front of you better, but it also makes you feel better as well, and I’m not making this up, it has been psychologically proven.

Personally, I’d like to see more smiling faces in this world; in the airports when I enter a new country, in companies, government agencies, restaurants, hotels, banks, everywhere; and I think it is up to governments to campaign about this, and even make it obligatory in certain important places like airports, hospitals, hotels…etc.

I’m a very outgoing and friendly boy who have l ots of hobbies like basketball especially to make friends with everyone.

My today’s speech topic is “The power of smile”

A smile has many many more, And it’s part of an universal body language that doesn’t need any extra interpretation. Smile is a very simple and easy thing to do.

As ereryone knows,butterfly effect is that a small butterfly shake its wings,then even lead to a terrible tornado in Pacific .

The smile is all the same,not only make you more confident,but also affect your friends,parents,and the people who around you to smile all the time.

There are many kinds of smile

A smile is a light in the window of the soul

No matter how difficult the life is, please keep smile

Smile is the most powerful force in the world Smile is a window of your soul.A lovely smile have the power to heal broken relationships and unite distant souls.

A smile may not only mean a smile,it may mean love and trust.So tell yourself that keep smile everyday and everyone you meet.

there is a kindness called smile good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!

today i’d like to share my personal experience of happiness and bitterness of being an english teacher. i remember, five years ago, when i stood at the teacher’s desk for the first time, maybe because i was too young, maybe because i was too inexperienced, the students in my class paid no attention to me, didn’t behave themselves at all. i felt ashamed and helpless.

in order to save my face, i just criticized the students seriously whenever they talked in class or even moved a little. i thought sooner or later, they would listen to me.

yes, i could control the class now, but the students and the atmosphere became strange. no, they were not listening to me. it was too quiet. the breathless silence urged me to consider the way i was teaching.

then 1 august 2007, i got the chance to study the new course of english. until then could i realized that it was my frozen eyes that make the students flinch, it was my stiff face that trod out the enthusiasm in the children’s hearts. how to stimulate my class and show my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in english? i had a deep thought.

it’s smile. there is a kindness called smile. it is the most beautiful language in the world. it can make distance no distance. “just awake the students with a smiling face!”i said to myself. the next day, when i stood on the stage with a smiling face, when i asked the questions with a smile, when i encouraged the children in a friendly way, the students were just shocked!

but i could find there was more happiness and excitement in their eyes!

gradually, they got used to it, and participated in my teaching. as i predicted, that class became a lovely one. i was moved, and said“thank you for listening, boys and girls!”

in the following days, i keep on working even harder. i prepare my lessons carefully. i use flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great efforts to help the students to learn more. but i will never forget one thing: smile, give them a smile, to give them strength, to let them feel happy, to make them confident. the children do enjoy the english lesson now, when they tell me the answers in great excitement, i can feel their gladness, and my smile is more sincerely than ever!

there is kindness called smile. from the children’s yearning eyes, i understand, it is smile that makes my students and i get closer, it is smile that fills the kindness to my english class, it is smile that shapes me popular english teacher finally. that’s all. thank you very much!

I have a friend who always has smile in his face, he seems to be never angry with others. All the guys like to talk to him and they are willing to help him. Keeping the smiling face not only means the person has the good personality, but also means the person has the positive attitudes towards life.

There are many advantages of smiling. It can not only make us happy, but also please others. If we smile at life, life will smile on us in return. So I want to smile at all whenever and wherever possible,

First, I would like to smile at my parents because they have given me life and take all the trouble to bring me up. They arrange almost everything for me. With their help, I have made great progress. I would like to say “Thank you” to them with a smile. Then my smile should go to myself, for only in this way can I gain more confidence in smiling my troubles away and live a better life.
